Only 12 copies have ever received numeric grades from PSA. This insert parallel is notorious for being miscut/MinSizeRq. Other grading companies are less stringent when it comes to MinSiz but PSA is very tough on these rare 90's inserts. Couple this with the fact that there are definitely less than 500 of these floating around (I highly doubt 500 copies were ever placed into packs to begin with).
