This is the Gold Parallel of the 2013 Hoops set. It is very condition sensitive not only due to being a paper card and tough on corners but also because of the high risk of chipping on the gold color. It is 15x more rare than a base gem and the golds only gem at a 20 percent rate whereas the base gem at over 50.
