This is card is most likely 1 of 3 or 4 in existence. The front of the card is Mike Lieberthal 1991 Topps Baseball Rookie but the back of the card is 1990 James Saxon Topps Football. It appears that there was an overlap between when the last 1990 Topps Football print run occurred and when the first 1991 Topps Baseball print run occurred. Somehow, either by error or intentionally, a few 1991 Topps Baseball front sheets were printed with 1990 Topps Football back sheets. I’m not sure how many sheets this occurred with but at least 3 are in existence making these cards extremely rare and valuable.
