For sale is a very rare sample PSA slab from 1991 when the company was established. In the sample/prototype slab, they encased an original 1991 Topps Ken Griffey Jr. #392. These sample slabs were given the same certification number of 50000005. This is a great opportunity to own a piece of card collecting hobby and PSA history! This card and slab would be a great addition to your collection! Please note that in the items details, I chose the grade as "Authentic" because that was the best option available since the card does not have a number grade assigned.
