POP 1 PSA 4 Pele 1962 Campos Lopes Milionario Mundial 62 3-Note Rare Vintage SSP I don't know that you'll ever find a more stunning non-rookie of Pelé. This is one of five cards ever graded by PSA, the highest graded example on the planet aside from two PSA 5s. Only 21 Pelé cards from the entire set have been graded by PSA, with none grading higher than a PSA 5. This is as fine condition as you're likely to find for a card as rare as this. There are two attributes here that I believe might even make this rare beauty superior to those two higher graded examples, and they have everything to do with eye appeal: 1) The colors look just as bright and vivid today as they did more than 60 years ago. Most vintage soccer cards that were produced overseas were made in small numbers using rudimentary techniques and machinery that was even more sensitive to human error during production. One of the first things to go is the ink, but this card has one of the most remarkably well-preserved color palettes and registration that i've ever seen. 2) The front and back are both in great shape. Often you'll find a nice-looking card that has an absolutely thrashed rear side. Sometimes grading companies like PSA will actually grade these types of cards more favorably than they deserve.
