POP 2 PSA 10 RC Yoda 1980 Star Wars Fher Spanish Vintage Sticker Rookie ESB Rare "Welcome, Young Luke!" This is one of only two PSA 10s in existence, which is exactly what it was when I acquired it years ago. This Spanish set, produced by a tiny publishing company in Bilbao, is extremely condition-sensitive. Out of 444 total graded by PSA, only 16 managed to get PSA 10s. This gem rate of only 3.6% is among the lowest of any set from the same period.
