Out of 1147 total cards submitted to PSA, only 11 came back as PSA 10s, which is less than a 1% gem rate. Even PSA 9s are a rarity, with only 154 cards (13%) making the mint grade. This Clemente is an example of the highest grade ever given to this card, one of only 13 PSA 9s (out of 84 total, for a mint rate of only 15%). There are no PSA 10s, and given that this is hand cut from a panel that's now over half a century old, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that there never will be!
