Hobby Masters were inserted one in every 36 packs in 1996 Topps. So, essentially one per box, and it was a 20 player set. So each player only appeared once in every 20 boxes! (1:720 pack odds per player). These are tough to gem, which explains why only 7 PSA 10's exist for Dennis Rodman.
