1933 New York Yankees scorecard issued for a game against the Chicago White Sox. Preprinted lineup for the Yankees include Earle Combs, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Tony Lazzeri, and Bill Dickey for the Yankees and Luke Appling, and Al Simmons for the White Sox. This scorecard has been scored in pencil and is from the 2nd Game of a Doubleheader played on May 28th,1933. Game was won by the Yankees 9-7 and notably featured two Home Runs by the Bambino his 8th and 9th of the season and were Career Homers #660 & #661. The scorecard (6-1/2 x 9-3/4 inches) displays multiple clear tape repairs, including along the spine, front cover, and interior pages. The scorecard page featuring the White Sox lineup is completely detached. Poor condition overall.
