1951 Bowman #24 Ewell Blackwell Cincinnati Reds 🔥⚾🔥⚾

Condition: MySlabs C (vg/ex)

Description

Card has corner/edge/surface wear but no creases or wrinkles. Dead-centered with nice color and a super clean back. Blackwell played 10 seasons in the Major Leagues between 1942 and 1955 for the Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees and Kansas City Athletics. Despite losing 3 years to military service during WWII early in his career, Blackwell was named to the All-Star team 6 times. He also helped the Yankees beat the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1952 World Series after being traded to New York by Cincinnati during the 1952 season. Overall, a strong mid-grade example for your collection.
