Ja Morant 2019-20 Panini Impeccable Stainless Stars RC Auto - Red Parallel Numbered 16/60 Signature is on-card (not on a sticker) and in blue ink. I am the original owner. Note that the card is metal - similar to a printing plate. These are notoriously tough to grade. For example, no PSA 10s currently exist for this parallel and there are only two PSA 9s - which is why I've never bothered, but if you want to try your luck I see no significant flaws aside from a few very light surface scratches, which are inevitable on metal cards like these. I would still consider it NM/M. I won it in a break where it was immediately sleeved and hasn't been removed or handled since.
