Description

The box arrived sealed but I'm not going to call them 'factory sealed' because the tape didn't say Topps on it like how it does when Panini ships something that is 'factory sealed'. The box was sealed with plain tape, I opened it to verify the contents but I didn't remove any hangers, they are as they were sent to me. I don't think 'factory sealed' with Topps matter for this product like it does for some Panini products that have case hits, maybe I'm mistaken on that though so if so let me know.
