Reprinted just 2 years after the publication of the Original Avengers #4 Issue as part of the Golden Record Series of 4 Key Silver Age Marvel Comic Books. 1st Silver Age appearance of Captain America. This book is actually MORE rare than the original Avengers #4 Comic. There are more than 3,000 copies of Avengers #4 on the CGC Census, however there are only about 300 copies of the Golden Record printing. This was a limited publication run. Mr. Blaise Tassone wrote a great article on Golden Record Books in August of 2019, which can be found on the GoCollect website. Excellent nostalgia read.
