2009 Topps Chrome Base Set #10 Ken Griffey Jr SUPERFRACTOR ! PLEASE NOTE: THIS CARD DOES NOT HAVE THE 1/1 SERIAL NUMBER. These cards are fully factory produced, NOT SHEET CUT. For the 2009 Topps Chrome Set, Topps produced a second complete set of the Superfractors without the serial numbers. This Griffey is from the factory produced set intended to be used as replacement copies incase of damage to the pack issued copy. Customers could mail in their damaged copy and Topps would mail you back one of these as a damage replacement. The intention was for these factory replacement superfractor copies to be destroyed when they were not distributed as replacement for the pack issued copies. This Griffey made it out somehow! Card is in great condition! No issues, would look great in a BGS holder. Hate to part with this, but chasing another Griffey so something must go! WITH RECENT SALES OF $17k+ for pack issued Superfractors, this is an affordable way to get a fully factory produced copy.
