1964 Venezuela Topps #40 dick groat. It's obviously authentic. I sent this to Mr. Groat to be sign 3 months before he passed away. I sent a Red Sharpie and ask him to sign it with my pen with the Inscription 64 WSC. As you can see he put the Inscription in red but obviously didn't like the red he changed pens to blue ball point and signed the card. JSA CGC said questionable inscription. But autograph real. I've never seen IA Label before stands for inconclusive. What a waist of money. I no the auto and card are legit. Wish I kept the letter proving everything. Oh well my loss your gain. Be sold as is and JSA questionable.
