Pretty rare issue of Before the Watchmen. This is a 1:200, and I haven’t been able to track down how many were printed. Extremely low population of 9.8s, even fewer are signed. Only 16 exist on both census in a 9.8, only 7 are signed. This is signed by cover artist Jim Lee.
